How do I return an item?

In regard to your return request, we regret that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from DiCAPacUSA.com 

You may create a return request (RMA) online using the form below. Enter your order information and click the "Submit" Button at the bottom of the screen to create your request. We will get back to you within 2 business days.  For return issues, after the form below is submitted and authorized, you will receive an email that gives you an RMA Return Shipping Address in which to ship your returned item(s). The RMA number must be included on the outside label of your shipping box. If you have any questions regarding return issue please send an email to RMA@DiCAPacUSA.com

Once the item(s) are received, the credit will be processed to your original credit card or other method of payment and will appear on your statement in 1 to 2 billing cycles. 

Return Policy: DiCAPacUSA.com's return policy allows for products purchased directly from us to be returned by you after obtaining a DiCAPacUSA.com return authorization number (RMA) during the 14 days period following date of shipment by DiCAPacUSA.com for a refund of purchase price actually paid minus shipping fee.   After 14 days, customers must contact manufacturer directly to obtain technical support or warranty service.  

  • Products must be returned in the original packaging. 
  • Shipping and handling is not refundable. 
  • Restocking fees may apply for damaged products or missing parts/accessories. 
  • RMAs are valid for only 30 days from issuance. 
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping charges 
  • Customers shall be responsible for damages or loss of a product while in transit  
  • If you return a product to DiCAPacUSA.com without an RMA from DiCAPacUSA.com or (ii) beyond the 30 day period, or (iii) without proper packaging, DiCAPacUSA.com retains the right to either refuse delivery of such returns or charge you a restocking fee. 
  • We will not exchange products unless you purchases from DiCAPac USA or an authorized DiCAPac dealer in the USA.
  • We will not issue a refund on any DiCAPac without receipt or invoice.
  • If you have received a damaged product, have missing parts or received an incorrect item, please notify Customer Service within 48 hours using the form below.   After 48 hours we can not guarantee your claim.
